We established Chippewa Valley Starter & Alternator in 1997 to serve the Chippewa Valley and beyond with the best starters and alternators in the industry. Our quality rebuilding process results in a long lasting, high performance product. We rebuild all of our units with heavy-duty components that can handle additional load compared to the original equipment manufactured (OEM) unit. We put the highest quality components that we can find into our rebuilt units and source USA made parts when possible, even those from right here in Wisconsin. In addition to rebuilding services, we also offer a huge selection of 100% new and rebuilt starters, alternators, pump motors, and more for everything from lawn and garden to automotive to 24-volt industrial applications.

In addition to rotating electrical repair and sales, we also offer sales of parts including solenoids and relays, drives, brushes, and many other components. Custom battery cables, Interstate Batteries, and Schaeffer’s oil products are just a few of our many offerings.
